1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official website of Oalt EV Technology Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our Electric Cycles, Conversion Kits, or Accessories, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of our E-Bikes appear accurately on the website. However, errors may occur.

• Product Depiction: The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we make every effort to display the colors accurately, your E-Bike's actual color may vary slightly.
• Pricing Errors: If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
• Taxes: All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Oalt EV reserves the right to accept or decline your offer for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Pan-India. Standard delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. While we partner with top-tier logistics companies to ensure safe delivery of your heavy electric cycle, Oalt EV is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transport strikes).

5. Warranty & Liability

Oalt EV provides a standard 1-Year Warranty on the primary electrical components, specifically the Lithium-Ion Battery and the BLDC Hub Motor.

• The warranty does not cover physical damage, water logging due to improper usage, or wear and tear of mechanical parts (tires, brake pads).
• RTO Exemption: Our e-bikes are capped at 25 km/h and 250W. They do not require RTO registration or a driving license. The rider is responsible for following local traffic safety rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Oalt EV Technology Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
