Shipping Policy

1. Order Dispatch Time

Every Oalt E-Bike goes through a rigorous Multi-Point Quality Check before it leaves our Delhi manufacturing facility.

• Standard Orders: Processed, assembled, and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after the payment is confirmed.
• Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Electric cycles are shipped via Heavy Surface Logistics (Surface Courier) because Lithium-Ion batteries cannot be transported via air freight under Indian aviation safety laws.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing. For all complete E-Bike purchases, Oalt EV provides 100% Free Pan-India Shipping. There are no hidden packaging or forwarding charges at checkout.

*Note: Spare parts or smaller accessories (ordered separately without an E-bike) may incur a nominal shipping fee depending on your pincode, which will be clearly calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your E-Bike is handed over to our logistics partner (like Delhivery, Safexpress, or Ecom Express), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation SMS and Email containing your AWB (Tracking Number).

5. The Delivery Process

• Assembly: To ensure safe transport, the E-Bike is shipped 85% assembled in a heavily padded, 7-ply corrugated box. You will only need to attach the front wheel, handle, and pedals using the provided toolkit.
• OTP Verification: For high-value shipments, our delivery partner may require a secure OTP (sent to your registered mobile number) at the time of delivery to prevent fraud.
• Unboxing: Please remember to record a continuous unboxing video as per our Refund Policy to claim any transit damage.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Oalt EV Technology Pvt. Ltd. operates and ships exclusively within the borders of India. Due to strict international aviation regulations regarding high-capacity Lithium-Ion batteries, we do not accept international orders at this time.
