Common Questions

1. Do I need a driving license or RTO registration to ride this?

No! Since the top speed is capped at 25 km/hr, you do NOT need a driving license, RTO registration, or insurance. Anyone can ride it safely.

2. How do I charge it and how long does it take?

It takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge from 0 to 100%. The battery is removable, meaning you can detach it from the cycle and charge it inside your home or office using a standard plug point.

3. What if something breaks? How will I repair it?

The cycle is built with standard components. Any local cycle or bike mechanic can easily fix the mechanical parts (brakes, tyres). For electrical issues, our WhatsApp support team will guide you or send replacement parts.

4. Is there any Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

Due to the high value and size of the product, we process prepaid orders. However, we offer 100% secure payment gateways and 0% EMI options via credit cards for your convenience.

5. How much electricity does it consume for a full charge?

It consumes very little power. A full charge takes roughly 1 to 1.5 units of electricity, which costs around ₹5 to ₹10 depending on your local electricity rates.

6. Can I wash my E-bike with water?

Yes, you can clean it with a wet cloth or a gentle water spray. However, do NOT use high-pressure water washing directly on the motor, display, or battery casing to prevent water damage.

7. What is the lifespan of the battery?

Our high-quality Lithium-ion batteries are designed to last for 800 to 1000 charge cycles. With average daily usage, the battery will easily last for 3 to 4 years before needing a replacement.

8. Can I ride it like a normal cycle if the battery dies?

Absolutely! The cycle comes with a standard freewheel system. If you run out of battery, you can simply pedal it like a regular bicycle to reach your destination.

9. Is the battery safe? Can it catch fire?

Our batteries are equipped with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that protects against overcharging, short circuits, and thermal runaway. They are 100% safe for daily use.

10. How does the warranty work if I live in a village/rural area?

If a part covered under warranty malfunctions, simply send us a video on WhatsApp. Once verified, we will courier the replacement part directly to your address for free. You can have it fitted by any local mechanic.
